• Policy Advice: Assess client needs, explain coverage options, and recommend appropriate policies.
• Policy Management: Open accounts, analyze existing policies, customize coverage, and handle policy changes.
• Claim Assistance: Help clients navigate the claims process and ensure they receive fair settlements.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of policies and client interactions.
• Sales and Marketing: Promote insurance products and services to generate business.
