Snelling Staffing is looking for a Saw Blade Welder for a Canton, OH location.

• Rate of pay is $18/hr.

Training is: 7am to 3pm
After Training your shift will be: Midnights 11pm -7pm

• Must have steel toe shoes

This is an entry level position that is a very fast paced and repetitive job.

The operators load the portable band saw blade into the welder and the machine welds the ends together.

The operator then grinds off the excess slag and repeats.

the expectation is 800 bands per shift.

The training is minimal it just takes a bit to get up to speed.

Example:

The position we have is an entry level opening running a welding machine. The operator clamps the bandsaw blade and pushes the button and the machine fuses/welds the ends together. They then grind off the slag and repeat. It is a very single task, fast paced, repetitive production job.
