Snelling Staffing is looking for someone to run a Coater/Printer Assistant for a company in Malvern, Oh

Training will be on 1st shift: Mon-Fri 8am-430p and then you will go to 2nd shift Mon-Thur 3:15pm to 1:45am

POSITION SUMMARY

To assist coater/printer operator with day to day job requirements to ensure improved production flow and reduce set-up and clean up times. Assist with pre-press set-ups, including ensuring all required tooling, inks and material to produce finished product is at the press per customer requirements as specified on production order. Assist with post press clean-ups including removal of trash in press areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-press set-ups, Post press clean-ups, Catching, Counting and Stacking

Assist Press Operator with monitoring levels of press inputs (such as adhesive, silicone, raw roll materials) to ensure continuous production.

Responsible for the packaging section (Stacker, chipboard inserter, wrapper) of the Coating/Packaging Line (ETI Press)

Shrink wrapping, packaging and boxing product per customer specifications

Assist Coater/Printer Operator in taking samples, testing and evaluation product at defined intervals and providing accurate records

Moving finished product from press using forklift

Other projects and duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements)

· High school diploma or GED · Good written and oral communication skills

· Strong math skills · Good mechanical aptitude

· Understanding of material handling techniques which prevent damage and deterioration

· Strong attention to details · Basic computer skills

· Performs housekeeping in warehouse · Organize pallets and rear area outside plant

· Ability to lift 75 pounds · Ability to work as part of a team
