Snelling Staffing of Canton has a wonderful opportunity for an Account Manager! We are searching for the perfect candidate for a company in Massillon, OH. The position would be a direct placement Account Manager for a company in Massillon.

Account Manager

The Account Manager position is Full-Time. You must be motivated and self-driven. You would be responsible for handling chemicals (degreasers, caustics, and acids), assisting in chemical cleaning, building and managing a crew of 4-8 people, and ensuring the customer’s needs are met while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Other requirements:

• Experience working in a paper mill is not required but a big plus.
• Must be able to travel to other accounts as needed.
• Note: travel could fall on the weekend and/or holidays in some situations.
• Must follow specific safety protocols with regards to Personal Protective Equipment, mill site safety, chemical handling safety, etc.
• Mechanically inclined – able to repair pumps, hoses, and other equipment.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Able to have conversations with customers to determine schedules, needs, opportunities, concerns, etc.
• Drug free – note that drug test will occur upon hiring, and could occur randomly during employment
