Snelling Staffing is looking for someone to be a Copier Tester in the North Canton Area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ability to identify and test all copier functions and accessories.

· Test and repair minor problems with photocopiers, printers and faxes.

· Assemble and disassemble copiers and accessories accurately.

· Troubleshoot mechanical problems associated with copiers.

· Run and test copiers and their accessories to determine functionality.

· Clear paper jams within the copier.

· Thoroughly inspect copiers and components to determine condition and value.

· Accurately weigh machines and accessories.

· Write up control sheets as to the condition of specific machines.

· Convey machines from receiving area to production area to cleaning area.

· May clean and detail photocopiers in preparation for sale.

· Repair or replace wheels of copier, sorter, and finisher or stand using hand tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Must have the ability to read, write and perform simple mathematical calculations

· Technical computer skills * must be reliable

· 1–2 years in electronics, mechanical experience or training

Physical Demands:

· Must be able to perform occasional squatting and crouching to handle and position freight.

· Must be able to pull and lift approximately 100 pounds with assistance.

· Must be able to frequently perform pushing or pulling of freight 500 pounds with or without a mechanical aid and perform occasional pushing or pulling of freight weighing up to 1,200 pounds on a dolly, cart, or stand.

· Must be able to frequently perform carrying freight weighing one pound to 50 pounds of varying size and shape a distance of at least one foot but usually no more than 20 feet.

· Must be able to frequently reach for freight at waist level, below waist level, and above shoulder height.

· Must be able to assist with loading and unloading of trucks. This could involve moving 125 pound containers with assistance of others from shoulder height and floor level to carts or platforms.

· Must be able to spend at least 70% of the day standing and walking on surfaces such as concrete, wood, metal, and sometimes on slippery, wet and snow covered surfaces. Up to 30% of the day can be seated on a stool.
