Snelling Staffing is looking for an Electrical Tech or Wireman for 2nd shift 3p-midnight Mon-Fri

Summary:

Will install electrical components and wiring for our potential transformers, relay cases and control switches and meters using an array of tools and equipment. Successful candidates will have prior experience in electrical wiring and reading of blueprints and schematics correctly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

· Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine material requirements or assembly instructions.

· Assemble electrical systems and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or conduit using rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipment.

· Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications.

· Position, align, or adjust work pieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly.

· Clean parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.

·· Must be mechanically / electrically inclined and be able to work with minimum supervision.

· Complete all other duties as assigned.

· N/A

Qualifications:

· Ability to lift 50 + lbs, climb ladders, stand, or kneel for extended periods of time.

Education and/or Experience:

· High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED

· Training in a technical discipline, trade school or electrical theory education preferred

· Military Experience a plus

· One to two years electrical experience preferred
